Marching Legends Advance to Semi-State; Contest Lineups for East Noble and Semi-State Announced

North Side crossed the state to perform at ISSMA Open B Regionals at Chesterton HS on October 13.  The Legends were awarded a GOLD rating with Distinction in Music. Their show earned a trip to ISSMA Open B Semi-State at Pike HS in two weeks.   Two weeks to improve and continue the quest to return to State Finals!

Next Saturday, on October 20, the band travels to the 41st East Noble Marching Band Invitational in Kendallville.  The address is 901 Garden St, Kendallville, IN 46755.  There will be a matchup of several bands who will meet again at semi-state.  It should be a great evening of marching.

Here are the bands and their performing times at East Noble: Class D – Whitko – 4:08; Bremen – 4:21; Eastside – 4:34; Class C – Leo – 5:13, Norwell – 5:26;  Awards for Class C and Class D – 5:39. After a break, Class B  – South Side – 7:49; Elkhart Central – 8:02; North Side – 8:15; DeKalb – 8:28; Munster – 8:41; Class A – Goshen – 9:20, Concord Community – 9:33;  Awards for Class B and Class A – 9:59.  Please remember, these times are subject to change because of weather or other circumstances.

ISSMA has announced the lineups for all four Semi-State Competitions.  So you can plan ahead to October 27, be aware the the first of 20 bands leave the Pike HS end zone at 1PM.
